Senior Information Technology Recruiter
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for technical roles. This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the tech industry, strong networking skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling complex technical positions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationPartner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring goalsDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreachBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openingsConduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fitProvide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to stakeholdersEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processTrack and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to recruitment best practicesStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market conditions
