As a family of 14 regional businesses, we thrive on innovation and teamwork, empowering our people to shape the future of the electrical industry.Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team.Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Engage directly with customers through in-person visits to drive sales and build strong business relationships.Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions by partnering with internal teams and product specialists.Prospect for new business and develop existing accounts to grow sales in Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets.Generate accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order.Attend sales and product training sessions to expand industry knowledge.Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive activity.Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering outstanding service.Travel regularly to customer sites and branch offices.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry.Bachelor's degree in sales or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze customer needs, overcome objections, and manage multiple accounts.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math for pricing and profitability.Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and maintain a flexible schedule for customer visits.Benefits:At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference--to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
