Warehouse Worker

Warehouse & Receiving Associate We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated *Warehouse & Receiving Associate* to join our team. This position will support daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on *receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment*. Responsibilities * Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and receiving documents. * Inspect incoming merchandise for shortages, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues. * Accurately receive and update inventory using our *ERP/Warehouse Management System*. * Use handheld scanners to locate, receive, move, and track inventory throughout the warehouse. * Properly label, store, and place merchandise in designated warehouse locations. * Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Stock shelves and maintain organized and accurate inventory locations. * Assist with order fulfillment to help ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. * Load and unload trucks and deliveries using appropriate equipment. * Safely lift and move packages weighing *up to 50 lbs.* * Safely operate light warehouse equipment, including *pallet jacks, carts, and ladders*. * Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and resolving inventory discrepancies. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as needed. Experience & Qualifications * Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred. * Familiarity with warehouse receiving and inventory procedures is a plus. * Experience using *handheld scanners, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems* is preferred. * Ability to accurately pick, pack, receive, and stock merchandise. * Basic understanding of inventory control and stock management. * Ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to safely use pallet jacks, ladders, and other light warehouse equipment. * Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work well as part of a team. * Must be able to lift up to *50 lbs.* and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.
