Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Python, React, SQL Server) & Tech Analyst Charlotte, NC (Brevard) W2 only No OPT/CPT Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and data solutions that drive business value across the organization. This role combines expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Python-based services and APIs, and React-based user interfaces to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions. This individual will also serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, identifying opportunities, defining requirements, analyzing business processes, and helping shape the roadmap for future enhancements and new capabilities. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React. Build scalable and secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services. Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Participate in technical design reviews and architectural discussions. Database Development Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries. Analyze and improve application performance through database optimization and tuning. Develop and maintain data models that support business and reporting requirements. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities. Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Contribute to solution documentation, operational readiness, and production support activities. Develop automated testing and monitoring capabilities. Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions. Follow secure coding practices and software development standards. Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of software development experience. Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and database design. Strong proficiency in Python development. Experience developing modern web applications using React. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, product management, or similar roles. Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills. Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience working within Agile development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Experience supporting software development teams. Familiarity with SQL and data analysis. Experience with data platforms, analytics, and reporting solutions. Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration patterns. Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or equivalent source control platforms.
