Job DescriptionWe are partnered with a well-established and growing North Carolina law firm that is seeking a Transactional Corporate M&A Associate Attorney with 3-9 years of experience. This hybrid role offers hands-on deal experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated middle-market transactions.Position Overview The Corporate M&A Attorney will advise business clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, leading transactions from inception through closing.
