Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are seeking an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician to join our Annie's Townhomes maintenance team. Our technicians do much more than fix things—they are key, customer-focused team members who serve as the welcoming face of our community.In this role, you will be responsible for promptly and professionally fulfilling resident maintenance service requests, preparing apartment make-readies, maintaining the community grounds, and performing preventative maintenance. If you take pride in your work and love providing an exceptional living experience for residents, we want to hear from you.What You Will DoRespond to tenant service requests and assess the repair and the appropriate actions/items needed to perform the repair.Complete maintenance service requests including: HVAC and appliance installation and repair, plumbing and electrical repair and lock installation, repair and re-keying.Routinely perform duties to restore apartments to "market ready" status.Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests received & completed, expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc.Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with residents and co-workers at all times.Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
