REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
The Assistant Branch Manager will assist the Branch Manager with branch operations, coaching activities, as well as achieving growth and service quality goals, typically in a smaller and/or lower volume office.

Oversee daily operations of the branch and assist with coaching and developing staff

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and variety of other technology platforms
Research and resolve customer account discrepancies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
What You'll Do:
Coach team members to improve knowledge and skills in operations and relationship management
Oversee branch operations and ensure audits are satisfactory
Maintain a professional atmosphere in the branch
Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Develop relationships with customers, especially those who have more complex banking needs
Model relationship management activities for the team including exceptional customer interactions, proactive outreach, and coordination with other business partners
Ensure security protocols are followed and manage security equipment

Requirements
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
One to two years of experience in a financial institution
Excellent customer service skills utilized for both internal and external customers
Strong and positive verbal, and written communication, and supervisory skills
Strong knowledge of banking regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation
Ability to work well within a team, in shared roles, with flexible hours, including Saturday
