Project Engineer – Wastewater/BiosolidsWe are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our Wastewater team in our Harrisburg, PA office. As a Project Engineer, you will manage and support wastewater and biosolids projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with client expectations. Key Responsibilities:Provide overall project management for wastewater projects – with a focus on biosolids process and optimization.Support with managing project budgets, schedules, and product quality.Review and prepare documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality of deliverablesMaintain ongoing client communication during and after project completion.Collaborate with other project managers and technical staff to ensure successful project outcomes.Assist in proposal preparation, estimating time, cost, and resources required to complete projectsParticipate in business development efforts and client presentations to secure new project opportunitiesRequirements:Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with environmental emphasis or related fieldPennsylvania Professional Engineering license preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in civil, water, or wastewater engineeringDemonstrated experience in the design of water distribution and treatment systems, wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes, hydraulics, and environmental assessmentsFlexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight staysValid US Driver’s License is requiredLegal authorization to work in the U.S.Life at MMComprehensive Compensation & Benefits: MM offers a generous total rewards package including 401(k) with company match, health insurance benefits, general paid time off, paid parental leave, and more.Bright Opportunities for Growth: MM has developed a path for growth, and our people are the foundation of that plan.
