buildingExperience & Qualifications Requirements Minimum 12+ years of experience*in SAP solution and integration architecture, with deep exposure to manufacturing and logistics landscapesProven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations*(Private Cloud / RISE preferred) in plant, factory, or industrial environmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong background in manufacturing and intralogistics environments, with hands‐on experience integrating SAP with factory‐floor and automation systemsExperience in automotive, battery, discrete, or high‐volume manufacturing*environments is a strong assetSAP certification(s) in S/4HANA, EWM, PP, or Integration Architecture preferredFunctional Skills Requirements Own the end‐to‐end solution architecture*for integrated SAP manufacturing and logistics landscapes, spanning SAP PP, EWM, LE, TM, Yard Logistics, and related execution componentsDefine and govern integration architecture*between SAP S/4HANA and factory core systems, including MES/MOM platforms, shop‐floor control systems, and automation layersLead architecture design for production‐to‐logistics execution flows, including production supply, line‐side staging, JIT/JIS, sequencing, yard movements, and outbound logisticsDesign scalable and resilient plant‐level integration patterns, ensuring real‐time or near‐real‐time communication between SAP and factory systemsAct as the architectural authority*for solution decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, Clean Core principles, and long‐term scalabilityFunctional & Process Integration Responsibilities Architect integrated business processes across production planning, execution, warehousing, transportation, and yard operationsEnsure tight alignment between SAP PP and EWM, including staging, kitting, backflushing, production confirmations, and capacity‐aware supplyDesign end‐to‐end logistics execution processes across EWM, LE, TM, and Yard, covering inbound, internal movements, outbound, carrier integration, and dock/yard coordinationSupport complex manufacturing scenarios such as high‐frequency material movements, takt‐based production, sequencing, and mixed‐model assemblyCollaborate with business and operations teams to translate manufacturing and logistics requirements into robust, executable SAP solutionsTechnical Skills Requirements Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration patterns, including synchronous and asynchronous messaging, event‐driven architectures, and API‐based integrationsStrong hands‐on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and event‐based integration where applicableExperience integrating SAP with MES/MOM systems, PLC layers, Manufacturing Execution Functions (MEF), and third‐party factory platformsProven experience integrating warehouse automation and intralogistics systems, including:Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) / Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)Material Flow Systems (MFS)Conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, scanners, and sensor‐based systemsStrong understanding of real‐time execution constraints, error handling, fallback mechanisms, and operational resiliency in plant environmentsAbility to design and govern interface monitoring, error handling, and operational support modelsLeadership & Governance Responsibilities Provide architectural leadership*across multiple workstreams and vendors, ensuring cohesive end‐to‐end deliveryReview and approve functional and technical designs, ensuring cross‐stream alignment and avoidance of point‐to‐point silosEstablish and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, and documentation practicesSupport testing strategy design, including SIT, end‐to‐end integration testing, and cutover planning for plant go‐livesMentor functional and technical teams on architecture principles, integration best practices, and factory‐aware SAP designWork Arrangement Requirement Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% per month, typically Tuesday–Thursday, aligned with plant deployment phasesAbility to work effectively with distributed global teams, system integrators, automation vendors, and plant operationsFlexible work timings required due to manufacturing operations, go‐live windows, and cross‐time‐zone collaborationTravel Occasional travel for workshops, reviews, or stakeholder alignmentEstimated travel up to 60%, depending on project needsWork Authorization Must be authorized to work in the United
