Electrical Assembler

Responsibilities
Electrical assembly of industrial machinery, including incoming power wiring
Wire control panels, subpanels, and machine-mounted electrical enclosures
Connect AC motors, servo motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, & operator interface devices
Run conduit between machines and enclosures for electrical interconnections
Build and wire electrical panels according to schematics and bills of materials
Assemble and terminate connectors, including M12, Ethernet, and serial cables
Route, bundle, and secure wiring neatly and professionally
Perform light fabrication work such as drilling, wire stripping, and crimping
Troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly and testing
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
Maintain accurate red-line markups on schematics for any manufacturing changes
Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Assembler, Electrical Technician, or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience wiring industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power (230V and 480V)
MUST HAVE 3 PHASE POWER
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve electrical issues
Proficiency with basic electrical hand tools, including:
Wire cutters and strippers
Crimping tools
Multimeter
Screwdrivers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Standing, bending, lifting, and working around industrial machinery are required
