Simulation Developer

Role Overview: A Simulation Developer supporting digital wargaming for military training and analysis.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain simulation models using various programming languages and tools; integrate simulations into larger systems; collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to improve model accuracy; implement features, test, validate, and troubleshoot simulation platforms; lead planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination activities.Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with at least 7 years of experience in simulation or game development; proficiency in C++, C#, Python, or Java; experience with simulation platforms like Unity, Unreal, or NGTS; familiarity with version control systems.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of military simulation principles, mission engineering, wargaming, database management, agile methodologies, and strong communication skills.Security & Physical Requirements: Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance; ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds; capable of frequent movement and communication within the workspace.
