The successful candidate will design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure, identity and access management (IAM), Microsoft 365 services, and hybrid cloud environments. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, highly available enterprise systems while supporting modernization initiatives, Zero Trust architecture, automation, and continuous service improvement.Job ResponsibilitiesEngineer, administer, and maintain Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments. Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity lifecycle management. Configure and maintain Conditional Access Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and identity governance. Support implementation of Zero Trust security architecture and identity-based access controls. Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise services. Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and infrastructure automation toolsSupport cloud migrations and modernization efforts from on-premises environments to Azure. Monitor system health, availability, performance, and capacity using enterprise monitoring solutions. Troubleshoot complex cloud, identity, authentication, and infrastructure issues. Support disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and high-availability initiatives. Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with federal security requirements. Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, implementation guides, and architecture diagrams.
