Counter Representative- National Coating

JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Single Source Inc. Counter Representative willperform routine duties as they relate to providing excellent customerservice. Utilizes the store\'s electronic cataloging and papercataloging systems to serve retail and professional auto body customerbase. Pulls items from stock, enters billing and credit invoices on thecomputer system. \$18 per hour. Counter Representative Duties: Greetsthe customers entering the store. Answers customer phone calls andserves in-store customers thru use of electronic and paper -catalogingsystem to identify, source, and invoice needed parts. Special orders orsources non-stock products as requested by customer. Re-stocks andmaintains store displays both in retail display area and in store stockroom. Works on inventory control, including stock adjustments and dailywarehouse returns. Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner.Assists in annual physical inventory. Assist with delivery as needed aswell as mix paint Other duties as assigned Counter RepresentativeQualifications: HS Diploma/ GED 6 months of experience preferred Teamplayer with exceptional customer service skills General Knowledge ofPaint, Body & Equipment functions and purposes.
