This position involves mitigating risks and issues, collaborating across teams and departments, managing resources, maintaining core project documentation and records, and proactively communicating with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the planning for and execution of the project, working directly with key stakeholders. Oversee daily project operationsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, and milestone deliverablesOversee business requirements gathering, analysis and maintenanceIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining and regularly reviewing the RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) logLead and coordinate the project team, assigning tasks and fostering collaborationDrive cross-functional collaboration across teams to deliver the project, including subject matter expert coordinationOversee testing efforts and ensure scope coverageDocument and regularly provide status updatesDevelop and execute communications that provide clear, accurate, and timely project updatesEstablish and facilitate a steering committee for governanceCoordinate and lead core project meetingsTranslate concepts and data into concise, accessible information for all stakeholders
