This role focuses on proactive client acquisition, market expansion, and generating new revenue streams. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, capable of identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role will own the full sales cycle — from initial prospecting through to deal close — engaging senior customer stakeholders and navigating complex sales environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients through proactive prospecting and outbound activityBuild and execute a robust territory and account acquisition planDevelop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and market expansionBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospectsConduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trendsInitiate contact with prospects through networking, outreach, and strategic engagementOwn and manage the full sales cycle from lead identification to contract closeLead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clientsEngage senior decision‐makers to understand business challenges and position solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for new customersAchieve and exceed new business revenue targets and KPIsMaintain accurate reporting and pipeline management in CRM systemsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesRequirementsProven +3 year experience in new business development, B2B sales, or strategic sales rolesStrong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clientsProven track record of demonstrated success in generating and closing new business opportunitiesExperience managing full‐cycle, multi‐stakeholder sales engagementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholdersExperience using CRM systems and sales pipeline management toolsStrong resilience, self-motivation, and ability to perform in a target-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountabilityBackground in cybersecurity, identity, SaaS, or enterprise software preferredSkills & EducationKey SkillsStrong hunting mentality with a passion for new business developmentExcellent prospecting, qualification, and opportunity management skillsMarket analysis and opportunity identificationStrong negotiation and deal‐closing capabilitystakeholder management skills.
