Technical Program Manager

Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $55.17 – $68.97/hour + Benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PTWe are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager / Business Analyst with 5–7+ years of experience to support an enterprise-wide Agentic AI Platform initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, technology, business analysis, and program management, collaborating with cross-functional engineering, data science, and global business teams.

Key Responsibilities: Establish program management frameworks, Jira/Confluence structures, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards from scratch. Track project milestones, delivery schedules, risks, and cross-functional dependencies. Translate product epics into detailed user stories and testable acceptance criteria. Develop BRDs, PRDs, functional specifications, and process workflows. Document Agentic AI workflows, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and human-in-the-loop processes. Coordinate with Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, and global stakeholders. Support platform integrations and assessments across the Adobe ecosystem.

Required Skills: 5–7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Analysis, or related roles. Strong Jira, Confluence, Agile, and backlog management experience. Expertise in user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and PRDs. Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG concepts. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, DAM, AJO, GenStudio, and content management platforms. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Life Sciences environments. Knowledge of VVPM and Medical-Legal Review (MLR) workflows is a plus.
