Senior Analyst, Performance Analytics

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Central Performance & Innovation (Remote). Key Responsibilities Analyze operational and performance data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize market performance Lead execution of process operations and create documentation to enhance efficiency and standardization Drive operational improvement initiatives and facilitate communication among stakeholders to align on optimization opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of relevant work and/or internship experience Experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and pivot tables Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to tasks
