Our professional team is committed to guiding each resident toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.Role DescriptionThe Regional Program Director is a full-time, on-site role to report to our Newcastle CA and Shingle Springs, CA location. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of client care. The role includes leading and managing program staff, developing and implementing program strategies, monitoring program performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The Director will work collaboratively with medical professionals, counselors, and administrative staff to create a safe, effective, and supportive environment for clients on their recovery journey.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and develop staffUnderstanding of trauma-informed care, and dual diagnosis treatmentKnowledge of addiction treatment practices, including individual and group therapy, and case managementAbility to navigate healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with state and federal requirementsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsCapability to develop and implement effective program strategiesExperience in managing multidisciplinary teams and working in a healthcare settingBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferredRelevant certifications are a plusCommitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and empathetic environment for clients and team members
