The Field Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Texas Specialty Sands' wellsite operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and overall success. The Field Supervisor will manage a team, implement process improvements, and collaborate with various departments to meet organizational goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the field operations team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure a high-performing, customer focused, motivated workforce. Process Improvement: Continuously assess, develop and implement efficient and effective operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize operational outcomes. Customer Service: Ensure that all equipment used and services meet or exceed quality standards and are delivered to customers on time. Communicate with customers regarding the job before starting, during and after service is complete. Logistics and Inventory: Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams on distribution and delivery processes, sand inventory and overall improving the flow of products and materials. Compliance: Ensure the company's operations are in full compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices. Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior management. RequirementsQualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role preferably in oil and gas industry. Proven experience in operations management or a related role, with a track record of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support operational processes. May require occasional travel to meet with suppliers or oversee operations at various locations. Maintain a valid driver's license that meets the Company's insurance requirements. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Physical Requirements: Able to perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, wind, and inclement weather. Able to wear proper PPE including but not limited to steel-toed boots, hard hat/bump cap, safety glasses, and appropriate gloves when necessary. Be able to pull, push, and lift 50 pounds.
