Project Superintendent

ECS Project SuperintendentHFA is looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver successful commercial construction projects. In this role, you'll oversee daily site activities, manage schedules, maintain safety and quality standards, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve field issues to keep projects on time and within budget.What You'll Do:Oversee day-to-day construction site operationsMonitor project schedules, progress, and budgetsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and health standardsCoordinate subcontractors, equipment, and site logisticsLead field teams and provide guidance and feedbackResolve on-site challenges and maintain project momentumWhat We're Looking For:3-5 years of commercial construction experienceExperience on projects ranging from $5M-$30MStrong understanding of construction processes and job site operationsKnowledge of construction safety and quality regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsWillingness to travel as required
