We will pay you a signing bonus of $500 after your 3rd month and $1000 after your 12th month.Don't have garage door experience? No problem! We are also looking for an apprentice/helper and are willing to train the right person. We are seeking a candidate that has a "CAN DO" positive attitude and an outgoing personality.CompensationApprenticeship: We will provide you with comprehensive PAID training! This will last approximately 1 month to 3 months (depending on your progress). During this time you will receive $15.00/hour.Upon completion of the training program, you will graduate to an Installer/Sales and Service Technician.Experienced Installer and or Experienced Service Technician - Pay DOE (Techs have the ability to earn an hourly wage or commission and piece work per job, while also being eligible for BONUSES & INCENTIVES based on their performance, after the initial 90 day probation period).
