PEDIATRIC MOBILE CONTRACTING POSITION FOR SLPs Create your own schedule Choose you own caseload and hours Easy Documentation Direct mentorship by NLA and AAC trained SLPs $90.00 per hour We are seeking a neurodiversity affirming Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for child-led and strength-based approaches to therapy. Interest in AAC and Gestalt Language Processing preferred. This is a mobile contracting position, therefore travel to schools, daycares, and homes is required. Duties Provide a comprehensive service and support plan including individualized education plan (IEP) goals for children ages 3-5 and IFSPs for children birth-3 Adhere to frequency, duration and appropriate treatment guidelines as indicated in the child’s IEP Document children’s progress on session notes and during annual meetings, as dictated by county and state guidelines as well as barriers to treatment sessions Modify treatment goals as indicated, on appropriate forms and in a timely manner. Document plans and information needed for team meetings. Attend and participate in meetings as indicated by state and local program requirements Cover other therapists patient caseload during absence as necessary. Maintain professional relationship with co-workers, patients and patient families image at all times. Complete all agency and state mandated trainings Complete all agency and state mandated documentation Requirements - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology - PA State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist -Experience working with children birth-5 y.o. preferred - Training in AAC and natural language acquisition framework is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule License reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Medical Specialty: Home Health Pediatrics Schedule: Choose your own hours Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
