In this role, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using the carpenter's hand and power tools. Responsibilities: Follow all safety rules and regulationsWork a 40 hour week, get to work on time every dayAbility to drive dump truck with trailer between jobsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentConstruct wood structures including framing, joists, and raftersInstall fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardwareInteract with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionalsPass Background check & be drug freeQualifications: Previous experience as a Carpenter is required-Minimum 5 years to be considered!!Commercial Tenant Improvement Construction experience REQUIRED--Wood and Metal stud framingWorking knowledge of Stucco, Drywall, Concrete & Structural repairsWork well in a teamStrong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurementsAbility to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools, must have own tools and vehicleKnowledge of building regulations and codes, preferredAbility to stand for long periods and lift heavy objectsKnowledge of Procore, preferred
