Analytical & Formulation Lead (Sandwich)

Lead HPLC/UPLC method development, optimisation, and validation. Design and interpret forced degradation and impurity studies. Provide oversight, troubleshooting, and mentoring for scientists. Support the physicochemical characterization and Materials assessment of the candidates. Design API-excipient compatibility and stress studies. Support small-scale blending, compression trials, and prototype evaluation. Act as scientific and project lead for client projects. Drive new preformulation capabilities and workflows. Required Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Analytical Chemistry or related field. Strong experience in HPLC/UPLC method development. Exposure to preformulation or solid-state characterisation. Experience in GMP environments. Desirable Experience with formulation techniques. Experience of statistical and data assessment tools. Familiarity with PXRD, DSC, TGA, DVS. Experience establishing new lab capabilities.
