Job DescriptionA high-volume, collaborative cardiovascular program in northwestern Pennsylvania's lakefront region is seeking a BE/BC Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join an established team of cardiology subspecialists within a rapidly growing, patient-centered practice.Position Highlights:Full-time employed position in a high-volume cardiology program serving as a regional referral hub and Level II trauma centerJoin a collaborative team of 9 non-invasive cardiologists, 6 interventional cardiologists, and 4 electrophysiologists, supported by 27 experienced advanced practice providersWork across two clinical locations within an integrated cardiovascular systemSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM50/50 split between outpatient and inpatient responsibilitiesShared weekday call on an equitable Q12-style rotation with interventional and non-invasive cardiology colleaguesHigh-volume practice with equal work distribution among non-invasive cardiologistsComprehensive diagnostic services including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, vascular studies, TEE, stress testing, 3D echo, EKG, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRIClose collaboration with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac surgeryAccess to subspecialty programs including heart failure, adult congenital heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and pediatric cardiologyAdjacent office and diagnostic center for efficient, coordinated care deliveryStrong referral base within a fully integrated regional cardiovascular networkH-1B visa candidates are welcomeCompensation & Benefits:$100K sign-on bonusMGMA-competitive compensation packageTwo-year senior track pathwayCME days and CME stipend25 PTO days plus 7 paid holidays (increasing to 9 weeks PTO in year three)Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer-paid short- and long-term disability coverageLife insurancePaid parental leaveTuition assistance for physician and eligible family membersOccurrence-based malpractice coverageRobust retirement plan with employer match and pension benefitRelocation assistance providedThe Community:Nestled along the shores of a Great Lake, this northwestern Pennsylvania city offers residents beautiful waterfront views, year-round outdoor recreation, and a strong sense of community.
