State Licensed Patient Support Nurse

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse to facilitate patient journeys and provide education and support in a telephonic setting. Key Responsibilities Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas Establish and maintain rapport with patients and healthcare providers through telephonic communication Coordinate financial options and navigate patient account records in a digital CRM Required Qualifications AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license in one or more states Four or more years of nursing experience, with prior telephonic experience preferred Two or more years of experience in the Psychiatry Therapeutic Area Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and healthcare billing is a plus Experience with a digital CRM is required
