DescriptionTyler Technologies is seeking a Director of Operations to serve as the operational leader of our Louisiana State Enterprise portal. This is a mission-critical leadership role, functioning as the right hand to the General Manager and owning the day-to-day performance, growth, and success of our state operation.Our team builds and maintains digital services used by citizens across Louisiana every day. The Director of Operations will lead a cross-functional team of project managers, business analysts, and support personnel, ensuring high performance, accountability, and exceptional partner engagement.This role requires a confident, decisive, and highly collaborative leader who can balance execution with strategy, empower their team to deliver results, and represent Tyler as a trusted partner to state agencies.
