We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer's door on-time. Operations run 7 days a week with 1 weekend day availability required. Shifts are up to 10 hours per day. Starting pay is $21.75 per hour, $870 per week, plus multiple bonuses and incentives. We also have a raise plan in place which provides raises every 12 months!!Delivery Driver Key Responsibilities:Successfully handle and deliver packages on timeSafely driving company vehicle: (Pro-master/Ford Transit etc..)Climb up & down stairs as required in all weather conditionsGet In & Out of vehicle 200+ times a dayWork with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concernsAbility to function calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environmentDeliver packages in variable locations and stopsLoad and unload products from company vehiclesFollow local and state driving laws and road regulationsOperate scanner to record shipping and package informationMaintain good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety proceduresAs a non CDL delivery driver, you must meet the following job requirements listed below in order to be qualified to work as a driver for Troxel Logistics, LLC:21 years of age or olderAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to speak and read EnglishMust be flexible with work schedule including 1 weekend day minimum - due to business needsMust have knowledge of state driving lawsMust consent to take a drug screenMust have clean driving recordPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs during a 10+ hour work shiftMust be able to handle a stressful workload and driving demandsMust be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during a 10+ hour work shiftAbility to safely operate and navigate a 10,000 Pound van for 10+ hour work shiftAbility to effectively operate a GPSWe provide all the equipment and resources needed to perform all job functions and deliveries daily.
