Whether you are looking for an assembly position or a career in manufacturing management, you can thrive as a member of our team.Maintenance Technician VAA - NightsExample of Schedule: Shifts are 12 hours (6pm – 6:30am)WEEKSun.Mon.Tue.Wed.Thurs.Fri.Sat.1OFFWORKWORKOFFOFFWORKWORK2WORKOFFOFFWORKWORKOFFOFF3OFFWORKWORKOFFOFFWORKWORK4WORKOFFOFFWORKWORKOFFOFFJob SummaryA maintenance tech is responsible for working in a fast-paced environment to perform a variety of highly diverse duties such as trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes that support the achievement of Avancez business goals and objectives.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesElectrical, mechanical, and pneumatic trouble shooting and repairs, including fabrication, preventative, and predictive maintenanceTroubleshooting and preventative maintenance of robotic manufacturing equipmentComplete electronic work order forms for completed tasks in detailPerform root cause analysisWork with minimal supervision to properly complete jobs in timely fashionContinuous improvement projectsWork with the engineering team on plant improvementsExpectationsMaintaining the mechanical and electrical components on an automotive component assembly lineTroubleshoot and debug new equipment for future business needsPerform preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot automated electrical systemsSafety consciousTeam orientedSelf-motivatedAbility to work overtime as well as cover other shifts and weekends as neededQualifications And ExperienceRead and interpret blueprints and electrical schematicsDemonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitudeRobotics Experience Desired, But Not RequiredLow voltage electrical systems installation and troubleshootingMechanical and pneumatic systems repair experienceKnowledge of tool crib equipment (i.e., lathes, grinders, various welding & fabricating equipment, Bridgeport, drill press, etc.)Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a mustWork with other department for continuous improvements, troubleshooting processes, and cross functioning problem solving groupsCandidates residing in California or Colorado are not eligible for remote positions.Avancez Assembly is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
