Accountant

We are currently seeking Staff to Senior Accountants to join two well-known companies in the Fort Lauderdale area.These roles are ideal for an accounting professional with strong fundamentals and hands-on experience in month-end close and financial reporting within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.Key Responsibilities:• Execute month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP• Maintain general ledger and support audit requests• Assist with internal controls and process improvements• Partner cross-functionally to support business operationsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance• 2–5+ years of relevant accounting experience (public or industry)• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting• Experience with Business Central or Sage preferred• Exposure to lease accounting (ASC 842) is a plus• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detailExposure to multiple industries including automotive and banking is highly valued.This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
