Freelance Recruitment Project Manager

A company is looking for a Freelance Recruitment Project Manager to support hiring delivery across various domains. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment pipelines end-to-end across multiple domains and hiring requests Conduct candidate interviews across different role types, sometimes at scale Build and improve hiring processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely delivery Required Qualifications: Strong recruitment background with project management skills Experience managing recruitment pipelines independently Ability to adapt quickly to new domains and projects Proactive and organized with the capability to make independent decisions Experience with recruitment automation and process standardization is a plus
