Success is defined by the ability to increase traffic, generate qualified leads, and contribute to pipeline growth through effective content and distribution.The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with the ability to think strategically while also executing content hands-on, including writing, filming, editing, and publishing content across platforms.How You Will Make An Impact Content Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and manage a multi-channel content strategy aligned to business and marketing goalsIdentify high-impact content opportunities across blogs, email, social, website, and video channelsResearch industry trends and customer insights to inform content directionPartner with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning and growth initiativesStrategize a testimonial collection and production process Content Creation, Production & ManagementOwn the full lifecycle of content production from ideation to distributionCreate and maintain an editorial content calendar across all channelsWrite and edit high-quality:Email campaigns and nurture sequencesWebsite and landing page contentBlog articles and thought leadership piecesCapture and produce multimedia content, including:Filming short-form and long-form video content (on-site and in-field when needed)Taking photos for use across social, web, and marketing materialsEditing and repurposing video content for social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn)Ensure all content is on-brand, optimized for SEO, and tailored to platform best practicesOwned Channels (CRM, Social, Blog, Video)Maintain a consistent and strategic cadence across CRM, blog, and social media channelsCRM & Email Marketing:Own and evolve email marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversionsBuild and optimize nurture campaigns and newslettersOrganic Social Media:Develop and manage social media calendarsPublish and optimize content across platformsDrive audience engagement and community growthVideo & Short-Form Content:Create platform-native video content tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedInContinuously test and iterate on content formats to improve engagement and reachBlog & Website Content:Create, edit, and publish SEO-driven blog and website contentAlign content with keyword strategy and inbound lead generation goalsPerformance Tracking & OptimizationDefine KPIs and track performance across content and channelsAnalyze metrics such as engagement, traffic, conversions, and lead generationUse insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve performance Cross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with in-house graphic designer, sales team, and leadership team to produce high-quality contentPartner with internal subject matter experts (sales, technical, leadership) to develop compelling, credible contentSupport broader marketing initiatives, including webinars, podcasts, digital ad campaigns, and brand-building effortsQualifications & Experience3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or related rolesExperience creating content for B2G, B2B, technical, industrial, or public sector audiences preferredStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formatsProven ability to create and edit video and photo content for social and digital channelsExperience filming and producing short-form video content (iPhone or camera-based)Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/email platform)Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices Solid understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimizationExcellent organizational, planning, and calendar management skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPerformance ExpectationsThis role is responsible for driving measurable impact through content—not just producing it.
