Document and assess IT Desktop Configurations as they relate to company polices. Perform regularly required maintenance of desktop applicationsand hardware systems as required.Position ResponsibilitiesDeploy PC’s and all peripherals as requested.Test connectivity and functionality of installed devicesProvide timely and accurate support to the all desktop usersTrouble shoot and resolve user issuesEscalate issues as needed
