Specific responsibilities include:Ensuring all patrons of the pool are safe in and around the poolPerforming hourly chemical checks to make sure the pool chemistry is within rangeCleaning the pool deck and ensuring it remains dryEngaging with patrons to foster a fun, inclusive environmentAttending trainings and audits as needed to ensure skills are up to date.Standard Position DescriptionThe primary role of a lifeguard is to ensure the safety of patrons in and around the pool and throughout the facility. Tasks may include: supervision of patrons, cleaning, policy enforcement, and coordinating use of all audio equipment.
