Physician Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our expanding team and work collaboratively with our physicians in delivering high-quality care to patients suffering from musculoskeletal, spine, neurologic, and chronic pain conditions.Responsibilities* Evaluate and manage patients in outpatient & inpatient clinical settings* Obtain detailed medical histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations* Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians* Provide follow-up care for acute and chronic pain, spine, and musculoskeletal and neuroligic conditions* Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic tests* Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and treatment expectations* Document encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR)* Participate in multidisciplinary patient management* Assist with procedures when appropriate* Coordinate care with referring physicians, specialists, hospitals, and ancillary providers* Support quality improvement initiatives and practice growthQualificationsRequired:* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program* Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license (or eligibility)* NCCPA certification* DEA license (or ability to obtain)* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environmentPreferred:* Experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, spine, neurology, family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care* Procedure experience including joint injections, trigger point injections, ultrasound-guided procedures, or musculoskeletal evaluations* Experience using EMR systemsCompensation & BenefitsIPSC offers a competitive compensation package that may include:* Competitive base salary* Productivity incentive opportunities* Health insurance benefits* Paid time off (PTO)* CME allowance and paid CME time* Malpractice insurance coverage* Licensing and credentialing support* Professional development opportunities* Collaborative and supportive work environmentWhy Join IPSC?* Opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians in advanced pain management* Focus on high-quality patient care and outcomes* Modern practice environment with growth potential* Opportunity for long-term professional developmentTo Apply:Please submit your CV/resume and cover letter for consideration.Interventional Pain & Spine Center (IPSC) is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
