Job Description About Us: Cowgirls Tavern is where Texas hospitality meets good food, cold drinks, and live music. We’re a one-of-a-kind bar, restaurant, and music venue in the heart of Calvert. From locals to out-of-towners, folks come for the atmosphere—and stay for the experience. We’re looking for vibrant, friendly, and hardworking servers to join our growing team. Position Summary: As a Cowgirls Server, you’ll be the face of our operation. You’ll take pride in creating a welcoming environment, serving up delicious food and drinks, and making sure every guest has a top-tier experience—whether they’re here for lunch, a family celebration, or a Saturday night show.
