Columbia Safety & Supply is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to play a key role in supporting our global distribution network. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that values initiative, continuous improvement, and operational precision.
Manage the accurate picking, assembling, labeling, and shipping of outgoing orders to meet client deadlines. Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments with efficiency and care. Support warehouse organization to maximize productivity and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Proactively assist with team operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth and successful daily operations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership over your work. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods (bending, twisting, walking, etc.). A team-first mindset with excellent communication skills Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance within a scaling company.
