Customer Support Representative (Remote – Contract)Location: Remote (Central Time Zone hours preferred)Job Type: Contract / Seasonal AssignmentPay Rate: $22/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Central TimeAssignment Length: Through approximately October 2026Start Date: ASAP We are seeking multiple Customer Support Representatives to join a fast-paced, collaborative support team for a seasonal project. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for professionals who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable managing inquiries through phone, email, and chat platforms.This role supports customers using educational technology products and requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and support platformsAssist users with login issues, account access, and license availabilitySupport onboarding and account setup for new and renewing customersHelp manage student, staff, and class rostering within customer systemsTroubleshoot customer issues related to assessments, reporting, and data accessMaintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM systemsEscalate complex technical or onboarding issues as neededProvide professional and personable customer communication while meeting service-level expectationsConduct outbound follow-up regarding renewals and account updates when requiredRequired QualificationsPrior customer service or customer support experienceStrong computer literacy and technical aptitudeExperience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred but not required)Comfortable using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft TeamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong reliability, professionalism, and customer presencePreferred QualificationsExperience in education, EdTech, or K–12 environmentsData processing or data management experienceSalesforce reporting/dashboard experienceAccount management or customer onboarding experienceSharePoint experienceAdditional InformationEquipment and system access will be provided prior to startPaid training will include systems, policies, procedures, and overall role onboardingCandidates located in the Midwest or Western U.S. are strongly preferred due to scheduling alignmentThis is a contract-only opportunity, though strong performers may be considered for future openings if available#ZRPROFCompany DescriptionWe are the experts in Human Capital.
