Job Title: Float Pool RN – Medical Surgical (Days/Nights)Location: Gainesville, FL (Candidates must live within 60 minutes of the facility)Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentSchedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts | Days (7a–7p) or Nights (7p–7a) | Rotating WeekendsCompensation:$43/hr flat rate (regardless of experience)Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr (Nights), $3/hr (Weekends)Sign-On Bonus: AvailableRelocation Assistance: AvailableJob OverviewWe are hiring a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to support various medical-surgical units across our healthcare system. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs seeking variety, flexibility, and career growth in a high-acuity hospital setting.Note: This position requires an in-person interview (including potential facility tour and leadership meet).
