DescriptionApartment Caretaker: Pennbrooke ApartmentPosition: Part-Time 10 hours per week.Hourly Rate: $17.00Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Caretaker to be part of our team at Pennbrooke Apartment in Bloomington , Minnesota.Living on-site is not a requirement for this position, but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily cleaning of the common areas.Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris & litter.Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.Replace burned-out bulbs and wash out fixtures.Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut offs, all apartment fixtures, shut-off locations and sewer clean-outs.Seasonal: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks as needed.Clean and detail apartments.Assure cleanliness of vacant units.Notify the manager of needed cleaning supplies & equipment.Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management.www.highlandapts.comAbout us:For more than 50 years, Highland Management Group, Inc. has managed 35+ rental apartment and townhome properties across the Twin Cities metro area.
