Key Details:Department: Rehab ServicesSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmHospital: Witham Health ServicesLocation: Lebanon, AnsonJob Summary:The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for performing high quality Physical Therapy for the patients referred to Witham Health Services Physical Therapy Department and its contractual clients as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.Minimum Requirements:Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.Current licensure and in good standing by the State of Indiana or temporary certification for new graduates.Upon the first available opportunity following employment and yearly thereafter, must successfully complete training in the following areas: Infection Control/Universal Precautions, Hazardous Communication, and Proper Body Mechanics, and any other mandatory in-services.
