RF Design EngineerLocation: Tucson, AZEmployment Type: Full-TimeCitizenship Requirement: U.S. CitizenWe are looking for an RF Design Engineer to join our Tucson-based engineering team. The successful candidate will help develop advanced RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave products for defense, aerospace, SATCOM, radar, electronic warfare, and next-generation communications applications. The engineer will be responsible for RF design, EM simulation, prototyping, test, validation, and production support. This role requires a strong foundation in microwave engineering, hands-on laboratory experience, and the ability to translate customer requirements into manufacturable high-performance RF hardware. The ideal candidate has experience with high-frequency components such as filters, diplexers, switched filter banks, mixers, couplers, antennas, phased-array modules, or RF front-end assemblies. Experience with EW, SATCOM, radar, aerospace, defense, or mmWave systems is highly desirable.ED2 is an exciting place for an engineer to develop a career because it offers hands-on exposure to advanced RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave technologies used in some of the most demanding markets, including electronic warfare, SATCOM, radar, aerospace, defense, 5G/6G, and high-frequency communications. Rather than working on one narrow piece of a large program, engineers at ED2 have the opportunity to contribute across the full product development cycle—from concept, simulation, and design through prototyping, lab testing, customer feedback, and production. The company’s work with advanced glass packaging, compact RF modules, filters, phased-array technologies, and mmWave components creates an environment where curious engineers can learn quickly, solve real-world technical problems, and see their designs become tangible products. For an engineer who wants responsibility, mentorship, technical depth, and the chance to work on next-generation RF hardware, ED2 offers a unique and highly engaging place to grow.U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the programs and technical data involved.
