Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Radiology Technologist with a strong background in hospital-based occupational therapy services. This contract opportunity is located in Tea, SD, and offers a chance to apply your specialized skills in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab.This role requires 2+ years of current Cath Lab experience, with at least 1 year in travel assignments preferred. You must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the site. The position operates on a schedule of four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with on-call duties requiring a 45-minute response time, including one weekend per month and two nights per week. A guaranteed 40-hour workweek is provided. Ohio State licensure, ARRT certification, BLS, and ACLS credentials are mandatory.Responsibilities include:Providing professional patient care through the application of radiologic skills during cardiac catheterization proceduresScrubbing and monitoring multiple modalities within the Cath Lab, documenting patient data accuratelyAssisting in heart catheterization, emergent procedures such as Impella and IABP, Peripheral Lab, and Electrophysiology Lab casesCollaborating effectively with physicians, supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesExercising independent judgment while adhering to clinical protocols under the supervision of the Cath Lab ManagerLocated in Tea, SD, this community offers a welcoming atmosphere with access to outdoor recreational activities and a comfortable suburban lifestyle.
