This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth project execution by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day coordination support for the Workday implementation project (with a focus on Student, Finance, or HCM modules)Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timelines are metSchedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessionsMaintain project documentation including status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and meeting minutesAct as a liaison between functional teams, technical teams, and external vendorsSupport testing cycles (SIT/UAT) by tracking defects, coordinating test schedules, and ensuring timely resolutionEnsure adherence to project governance and higher education compliance standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2 5 years of experience in project coordination or project support rolesExperience supporting Workday implementations (Student, HCM, or Financials preferred)Familiarity with higher education processes (e.g., student lifecycle, financial aid, registrar functions) is a strong plusStrong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)Key CompetenciesStrong coordination and follow-throughAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStakeholder management and communicationProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approachTeam collaboration and adaptabilityInterested candidates, please apply online with a detailed resume and contact information.Thank you.
