Job Description 2nd Shift Manufacturing AssociateA well-established manufacturing company in the shoreline area is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join their team. This contract opportunity out near Clinton, CT offers a great foot in the door!ScheduleTraining: 1st shift for approximately 1 monthRegular shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PMPay:$19.00/hr during 1st shift training10% shift differential once transitioned to 2nd shiftResponsibilitiesPerform deburring of manufactured partsConduct visual quality inspections to ensure product standardsComplete hand assembly of componentsMaintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detailFollow all safety and production proceduresQualificationsPrior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 2ndInterested in learning more?
