Our customers trust us because we understand the job, move quickly, solve problems, and do what we say we are going to do.We are growing quickly and are looking for talented people who want to grow with us.Position OverviewGeoProducts is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Inside Sales & Estimating Coordinator to be the quoting engine behind our sales effort. This person turns customer and sales-team requests into fast, accurate quotes and keeps the sales process moving.The right candidate is comfortable working behind the computer, sharp with details, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced construction supply environment — the person who makes sure customers get a great quote quickly and that nothing falls through the cracks.This role can be fully remote, hybrid, or based out of our Kilmarnock, VA office — we care more about finding the right person than where they sit.This role is also a natural launch point: as GeoProducts grows, the right person will have room to take on broader estimating, purchasing, and sales-support responsibilities over time.ResponsibilitiesAs the Inside Sales & Estimating Coordinator, you will:• Receive, organize, and respond to quote requests that come in by email, phone, customer inquiries, and from the outside sales team.• Prepare accurate, timely quotes for geosynthetics, erosion control, stormwater, drainage, HDPE pipe, silt fence, inlet protection, fabrics, grids, stakes, straw, and related jobsite materials.• Review project plans, specifications, quantities, and addenda so each quote matches what the job actually needs.• Perform takeoffs and build material lists, pricing worksheets, and quote packages.• Act as the quoting engine for the outside sales team — turning their requests into clean quotes and keeping their open opportunities organized.• Follow up with customers on open quotes, product questions, order status, and delivery timing.• Recommend alternates, substitutions, and add-on items that better serve the customer and the job.• Enter and track quotes, customers, and follow-ups in the CRM and quoting tools.• Coordinate with operations on delivery timing so you can keep customers updated on their orders.• Help leadership see quote volume, win/loss, and margin on quoted work.QualificationsPreferred qualifications include:• 2+ years of inside sales, estimating, sales support, or customer service experience — ideally in construction supply, civil infrastructure, waterworks, stormwater, erosion control, geosynthetics, industrial distribution, or building materials.• Experience preparing quotes, performing takeoffs, or reviewing plans and specifications.• Familiarity with construction, sitework, drainage, erosion control, stormwater, pipe, or geosynthetics products is strongly preferred.• Strong attention to detail, especially around quantities, pricing, and specifications.• Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, PDFs, CRM tools, and quoting / order-entry systems.• Highly organized — able to juggle many open quotes, customers, and deadlines without letting any slip.• Comfortable communicating clearly with customers, the sales team, and operations.• Consistent follow-up that keeps open quotes from going cold.• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Ideal CandidateThe right person for this role is someone who:• Is organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely comfortable working behind a computer.• Enjoys turning requests into clean quotes and helping a sales team win business.• Believes speed, accuracy, and follow-up are what separate good service from great.• Likes the puzzle of quotes, takeoffs, and customer requests.• Takes ownership of open items and closes the loop until they are done.• Wants to learn the construction-materials and infrastructure space.• Wants to be part of a growing company where strong performance is noticed.CompensationThis is a base salary plus performance bonus role, with compensation based on experience, product knowledge, estimating ability, customer-service skills, and overall fit.For the right person, GeoProducts is prepared to build a competitive package that rewards performance and long-term growth.BenefitsGeoProducts offers a competitive benefits package, which may include:• Health insurance• Paid time off• Retirement plan eligibility• Company-paid tools and technology• Training and product education• Career advancement opportunities• Performance-based compensation growthWhy Join GeoProducts?GeoProducts has a strong reputation in the market and a brand customers know and trust.
