This is a full-time/part time role where you will assist clients through the home buying, selling, and leasing processes. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, listing homes for sale, negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service, and staying up-to-date on local real estate markets. You will also build strong client relationships and network with potential buyers and sellers to expand your portfolio.QualificationsActive Real Estate License, demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements.Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property.Skills in Sales and Customer Service for building and maintaining relationships with clients.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and handle fast-paced transactions.Familiarity with the Tampa, FL real estate market is a plus.
