Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities: Drive guests to locations within a one-mile radius of the hotel; Greet arriving guests and bid farewell to departing guests; Respond to guest inquiries accurately and provide information; Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction; Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
