Non-exempt (compensatory and/or overtime eligible); full-time; 40 hours worked; Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; full benefits; grant fundedThe Program Coordinator supports Local Workforce Impact Programs by delivering services to specialized populations and barrier-impacted jobseekers. This role conducts community outreach, coordinates program activities, facilitates workshops, and performs intake and eligibility screening. The coordinator provides individualized service navigation to help participants achieve their employment and training goals.The position performs a range of paraprofessional and professional coordination duties, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. Regular face-to-face interaction with customers is required. The coordinator also collects and maintains program data, performing basic to intermediate analysis to support reporting and program improvement. Supervision is received from the Manager Workforce Programs.NOTE: The upper pay range reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy.
