Each day, we strive to go above and beyond for our residents, their families, and our team.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR The Community The Community Relations Director plays a key role in shaping and sharing the Concordia story within Bella Vista and the surrounding community. This position requires a passion for building meaningful relationships, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTORTResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Building strong relationships with local referral sources and other senior living communitiesConducting virtual and in-person tours for prospective residents and families with confidence and careMaintaining detailed records of all marketing interactions within the company’s CRM systemGuiding new residents and their families through the move-in process while supporting long-term satisfaction and retentionParticipating in daily JUMPSTART meetings and collaborating with all departments to enhance the community experienceDeveloping and executing quarterly marketing plans, including events and outreach strategies that drive referrals and occupancyConducting regular market research to identify trends and strengthen marketing effortsMonitoring the progress of apartment turns to ensure units are ready for incoming residents in a timely mannerEffectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization and consistent follow-up with leads, families, and referral partnersSCHEDULE OF THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTORThis position is a full-time position, with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
